設計主旨｜以人為本的第二人生藍圖

家，不只是生活日常的空間，是實踐理想的身心試驗所，是支撐夢想成真的堅實城堡，也是集結休憩、工作、洗浴、睡眠、閱讀、娛樂的秘密基地。本案位於台中都會區外圍，屋主為科學園區的女性高階主管，期待一個「慢下來卻不失精彩」的退休宅。

設計策略｜天・地・壁的秩序

我們以防火耐燃的暗架天花隱藏設備，搭配3000K 線性燈＋可調角崁燈建立柔光層次；地坪選用AC4 等級耐磨材／R10 止滑兼顧安全與維護；壁面則以留白＋系統櫃收納比控制視覺噪音，線材全數隱入踢腳，保留俐落。

動線與分層

一樓作為迎賓與落塵；二樓公共場域採開放式餐廚＋中島，將休憩與工作以餐桌自然分割；三樓配置主臥（木百葉控光＋臥榻）與健身房，另設普洱茶恆溫除溼收藏櫃；四樓預留退休書房，以文化石紅磚與木質書牆營造如咖啡館般情境。

材質與軟裝

客廳以白色文化石電視牆為主景，搭配藍色窗簾與背牆，形成藍白基調的休閒風情；木質家具、馬卡龍色高腳椅與經典紅色復古冰箱，在低彩世界中點出個性。

衛浴與無障礙

衛浴採R10 止滑地磚、L 型扶手與低門檻淋浴，動線開闊、維護簡單，符合長輩友善與安全法規。

Design Intent｜A Gentle Blueprint for the Second Act

Home is more than a dwelling—it is a lab for the mind and body, a fortress of daily rituals, and a sanctuary for rest, work, bathing, sleep, reading, and play. Set on the outskirts of Taichung, this four-story detached house belongs to a high-ranking executive seeking a retirement-ready home that slows down without losing brilliance.

System of Ceiling • Floor • Wall

We concealed MEP behind a fire-rated dropped ceiling and sculpted layers of light with 3000K linear tracks and adjustable downlights. Floors meet AC4 abrasion / R10 anti-slip for durability and safety. Walls emphasize calm blanks and storage ratio, with all cabling tucked into skirting for a crisp profile.

Zoning & Vertical Planning

Level 1 welcomes guests with a mud-in zone; Level 2 merges an open kitchen–island–dining to divide lounging and work. Level 3 hosts the master bedroom (venetian blinds + window daybed) and a gym with a puerh-tea cabinet (constant temp & dehumidification). Level 4 becomes a future study—culture stone, red bricks, wooden shelves, and café-like seating.

Material Palette & Styling

The living room centers on a white culture-stone TV wall, paired with blue curtains and backdrop to create a relaxed blue-white mood; wooden furniture, macaron-tone stools, and a classic red retro fridge add quirky character to the low-saturation canvas.

Bath & Accessibility

Bathrooms adopt R10 anti-slip tiles, L-shaped grab bars, and near-zero thresholds—easy to maintain and friendly to seniors and codes.
